Ingredients:
Beaten yogurt: 2 cups
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp.
Curry leaves: a few
Crushed garlic cloves: 6
Asafoetida: a pinch
Whole red chilli: 1
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp.
Cooking oil: 1 tsp.

Whole red chilli: 1
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp.
Cooking oil: 1 tsp.
- Heat oil on medium heat and add the mustard seeds. Let them splutter and add the curry leaves and asafoetida. Fry for about 30 seconds.
- Add the whole red chilli and the garlic. Fry for about 2 minutes until the raw smell of garlic is gone.
- Add the red chilli powder and salt. Turn off the heat.
- Pour this mix over the yogurt. Serve.
