Bottle Gourd (Lauki Sabzi)

Light, mild and wonderful.. we prefer very light dinner hence we eat this in dinner, even for lunch served with Garlic Raita or Boondi Raita. This can be served as a side dish with other main course. Quick and easy to prepare, this is my personal favourite.
