Onion Tomato Chutney

Plum Tomatoes 6 numbers Spring onions 3 numbers Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon Curry leaves A few Salt to taste Red chilli powder to taste Dried red chilli 1 number Mint leaves A few Cooking oil 1 teaspoon Mango powder 2 pinchs

Heat oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves. When they temper, add the red chilli and onions cut in fine rounds. Let them fry for 3-4 minutes and drain the oil and transfer to a bowl. Keep aside. In the same pan, add the chopped tomatoes. Add salt, red chilli powder and mango powder. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes until the tomatoes are soft. Take out in a bowl and add the fried onions. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
